Today's Hot Seat Coaching call was all about overcoming self-doubt and fear. Jayme explored the concept of coaching to help Emily achieve her goals and discussed strategies for internal emotional healing and stress management.
Emily expressed her concerns about creating multiple income streams for her family and her fear of failure. Jayme recognized her mental block and helped her identify the root cause of her fear. They discussed the fear and self-doubt many women experience, particularly in their careers and personal lives. Jayme reassured Emily that she was not alone and that her story was relatable to many.
They also delved deeper into the fear of failure and the pressure to present a perfect image online, which Emily identified as a significant contributor to her self-doubt. Jayme encouraged Emily to keep exploring these fears and know she is not alone in her struggles.
