Data Don't Lie - How tracking and organizing numbers can save your Biz!
Jayme, a Capricorn business coach, emphasized the importance of clarity and numbers when working with your Soul Purpose!
Jayme presented her highly organized approach to client management using Google Drive, which includes color-coding for client tracking, session management, and note-taking. She shared her experiences as a coach since 2019, having conducted 46 sessions and planned to provide a template for the team to organize their coaching data.
Jayme discussed her use of a dashboard for tracking her business operations, including conversions, emails, and appointments. She highlighted the importance of avoiding spam-like behavior in her communication with clients and customers. She also introduced her affiliate link with a membership service that consolidates various business tools, which she uses to manage her courses, funnels, and automations. Lastly, she shared her practice of tracking and categorizing all business expenses, including personal expenses, to maintain financial transparency and accountability.
